Tahini Lemon "Cream"

Use this on top of veggies, meats or anything else you like!

Ingredients:

  • ⅓ cup quality tahini paste (preferably organic)

  • 4-5 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, from about 2 lemons

  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

  • ⅙ cup olive oil

  • Hot water

Mix tahini, lemon, salt and olive oil in a small bowl. Add enough hot water until a smooth paste forms, about a couple tablespoons to a ¼ cup. Amounts depend on type of tahini.
