Tahini Lemon "Cream"
Use this on top of veggies, meats or anything else you like!
Ingredients:
⅓ cup quality tahini paste (preferably organic)
4-5 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, from about 2 lemons
½ teaspoon kosher salt
⅙ cup olive oil
Hot water
Mix tahini, lemon, salt and olive oil in a small bowl. Add enough hot water until a smooth paste forms, about a couple tablespoons to a ¼ cup. Amounts depend on type of tahini.
